On-on-One Personal Training
One-on-one personal training sessions offer the highest level of personal instruction and motivation that your mind and body can absorb and process. Highly-trained professionals from TEST Sports focus on correcting movement patterns and increasing the likelihood of attaining your desired wellness and fitness goals. Program monitoring is also included, with attention to individual success criteria and rate of progression as determined by your own pace. It’s all about one client, one trainer and one goal -- to maximize your genetic potential and will to succeed -- in a safe, effective and fun manner.
Buddy Training
This session is not only cost effective, but fun and highly-productive too! One (1) TEST Sports trainer simultaneously trains two (2) clients with similar skills, capabilities and personal goals. Each session uniquely focuses on correcting movement patterns and increasing the likelihood of attaining the desired wellness and fitness goals and objectives of each “buddy.”
Semi-Private Training
The most economical training session available, the Club offers semi-private training sessions for groups from three (3) to six (6) clients. Grouped according to skill level and personal goals, participants work together with one (1) exceptional TEST Sports trainer specifically skilled at handling larger groups. Semi-private training is also perfect for corporate team building exercises.
