Fit-Kids

This semi-private class is designed to teach basic movement patterns at a young age, to prevent injuries in the future. Fun, wellness and fitness are the primary goals in this noncompetitive environment perfect for gaining confidence and establishing lifelong fitness and wellness goals.



Speed & Agility Training

Injury prevention, stability and explosive power for the competitive teenage athlete is the focus of this semi-private program. The methodology used in this class is focused on improving the acceleration and absolute speed of the athlete, utilizing the hips and core to stabilize the lower body, ultimately preventing non contact ACL injuries. The agility portion of the class is designed to allow the athlete to quickly change direction of his or her body in an effective and efficient manner.
