Members rave about the creative and delicious meals prepared by the club's culinary staff who have broken the country club mold. The creative use of fresh herbs and local produce, coupled with carefully prepared seafood and old-style favorites, makes selecting a menu item very difficult. Ever-changing menus highlight American multi-cultural influences, using traditional French techniques, with extensive use of produce and herbs from organic farms along the Eastern Seaboard that are growing products specifically for the club.
With a varied menu and light fare always an option, there’s always something to please every palete. The club is the recipient of the prestigious International Star Diamond Award presented by the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences in 2007.
For member events, group outings and special occasions the quality of the food, displays and presentation is unparalleled.
