Junior Fitness at Trump Bedminster

The Fit Kids Program is a semi-private class designed to teach basic movement patterns at a young age and to prevent injuries in the future.

The club also offers speed and agility training focused on injury prevention, stability and explosive power for the competitive teenage athlete. The methodology used in this class is focused on improving the acceleration and absolute speed of the athlete, utilizing the hips and core to stabilize the lower body, ultimately preventing non-contact ACL injuries.
